Amiran Technologies (dba AG Conversions) has developed a paradigm shift in manure management. This unique, patent pending technology enables the conversion of manure from a low-value, ecologically damaging, unsafe fertilizer into a high-value, odorless, no-pathogen soil supplement. The SMART Ag process can be used to produce either solid or liquid fertilizers at low cost, and is scalable from a small one ton per hour unit to a large, 40 ton per hour system or anywhere in between.

  • Manure can be deodorized before processing at the barn storage, or during processing. The conversion process operates at ambient temperatures, is low-energy, and produces very little waste-water.
  • Processed manure contains no pathogens and is supplemented with trace elements and minerals.
  • Processed manure is stabilized, allowing utilization of an order of magnitude less nutrient per acre. Additionally, run-off is minimized, as nutrients are tightly bound into the soil bio-films.
